The Hospital is providing distinguished medical services to the community people of the governorate and also to the neighboring governorates, to road accident victims through the highest levels of specialized health care following the internationally approved medical protocols.   This is also done through upgrading the health status of society in absorbing the latest technology and scientific research developments in addition to educational and training programs for students of the Faculty of Medicine at the Thamar and other Universities, nursing institutes, and employees in other health sector through creating an integrated educational, research and professional environment.
